- PA66 GF 30 Profile
Hayat Kalıp designs and manufactures heavy-duty extrusion dies for PA66 GF30 (30% glass fiber reinforced Nylon 6.6) profiles, engineered for high mechanical strength, thermal resistance, and dimensional stability.
PA66 GF30 is a highly abrasive and technically demanding material. The glass fiber content significantly affects flow behavior, pressure distribution, and wear on tooling surfaces. For this reason, standard die designs are not sufficient. Our engineering team develops reinforced die geometries with optimized flow channels to ensure homogeneous fiber distribution and stable material movement throughout the profile.
By carefully calculating melt flow, land lengths, and pressure balance, we prevent common problems such as fiber orientation defects, surface roughness, internal stresses, and profile warpage. The result is a stable extrusion process, repeatable tolerances, and improved mechanical performance of the final product.
All dies are produced using special wear-resistant tool steels and surface treatments suitable for glass fiber reinforced polymers. This significantly extends die life, reduces maintenance frequency, and maintains consistent product quality even under high production volumes.
Each die is customized according to:
-
profile geometry and wall thickness
-
required mechanical properties
-
production speed
-
extruder torque capacity and temperature profile
From CAD design and precision CNC machining to polishing, assembly, and in-house testing, every step is performed under strict quality control. Trial production is completed before shipment to guarantee easy start-up and stable operation at the customer’s plant.
Hayat Kalıp offers more than a mould — we provide process reliability. Our technical team assists with commissioning, parameter setup, and optimization of cooling and calibration systems for reinforced engineering plastics.
If you are developing a structural PA66 GF30 profile or experiencing wear, dimensional instability, or inconsistent output, contact us for a long-lasting and reliable extrusion die solution.
