Hayat Kalıp designs and manufactures custom-engineered special extrusion tools for profiles and technical products that cannot be produced with standard die solutions.
Some projects require more than a conventional extrusion die. Complex geometries, tight tolerances, multi-material structures, insert applications, or high-performance engineering plastics demand dedicated tooling and process know-how. Our team works directly with customers from the early development stage to transform product ideas into manufacturable and stable extrusion solutions.
We analyze the part function, assembly requirements, and operating conditions to design complete tooling systems including die head, calibrators, cooling units, and auxiliary components. Using advanced CAD modeling and flow analysis, we optimize material distribution, eliminate dead zones, and ensure uniform pressure throughout the profile.
Our special tools are developed for applications such as:
technical industrial profiles
multi-channel and hollow structures
insert or metal-reinforced profiles
co-extrusion and multi-material products
high temperature engineering plastics
automotive and construction components
Each tool is manufactured with precision CNC machining, fine polishing, and carefully selected tool steels suitable for the processed polymer. When required, wear-resistant coatings and surface treatments are applied to increase service life and maintain consistent production quality.
Before delivery, the tooling system is assembled, tested, and adjusted to ensure easy start-up and stable operation on the customer’s extrusion line. Our support continues after shipment with installation guidance and process optimization assistance.
Hayat Kalıp does not simply produce tooling — we develop working production systems. If your product requires a non-standard solution or you are facing recurring extrusion problems, contact our engineering team to create a reliable and efficient special tooling solution.
